Your Business Data (the information within your Manager.io instance) is handled according to the following lifecycle upon subscription cancellation or termination:

• Service Inaccessibility: Your live Manager.io instance will become inaccessible immediately after your subscription period ends.
• Data Download Window: We provide a 90-day period where you can download a complete backup of your business data directly from your customer portal on accsyspro.cloud.
• Backup and Deletion: Our internal backups are retained on a rolling basis (daily for 7 days, weekly for 4 weeks, monthly for 3 months). Once your data falls outside this retention schedule and the 90-day download window has passed, it is permanently deleted from all our systems. This process is irreversible.

It is your responsibility to secure your data by downloading it within the 90-day period provided.

5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information. You can manage your account information through your user dashboard or by contacting us directly.
